Had a glimpse of this, in one of the hospitals.....

Diabetes starts with fat and ends with ...

Diabetic Retinopathy
Causes blindness and visual disability.

Diabetic Neuropathy
Sensory loss and damage in nerves.

Diabetic Heart Disease
Damages blood vessel in the heart.

Diabetic Dyslipidemia
Increased cholesterol blocks your arteries.

Diabetic Nephropathy
Affect the kidneys.

Diabetic Foot Disease
Ulceration and subsequent limb amputation.

So, keep your blood sugar levels under control!!!

We all need to eat healthy and exercise to live healthy. And ofcourse, if we have cravings to junk foods, we can limit eating them to once a week/month depending upon the type of food....... This is what I feel, since I too eat junk.....
