A Smile on our face builds confidence, adds strength, keeps us positive in dealing with any situation. There is always a difference in the way people smile. And that's a different topic. Life did knock me down by testing the patience levels. Me being me, will move on whatever comes with a SMILE...

Made this for the kid, when asked...
I love the quote, "Laugh Out Loud! Follow your heart. Enjoy the little things." It's 100 % True.
Keep Smiling and All The Best!!!

We never know when our last moment is.
We never know what the next moment holds.
For Now, One Must Live Life.
Be with the moment, accept the moment the way it is, move on.

Keep Smiling. It's always PRECIOUS. 😎

A moment of despair,
a moment of longing,
a moment of chaos
from who is my Guru
to what is this life upto
All together a decision to be made.
At that moment, grace descended
holding me every moment,
giving hope,
helping me move on.
Can thanks be ever sufficient?

Me : Been observing life in repetitions. How to break the cycle/loop?
From Within(FW) : Observe your life, answer is there... Okay, how did you leave Chennai?
Me : With love and respect. :)
FW : Was that there before?
Me : No. I used to hate the place.. People's plays added more.
FW : How did you change?
Me : Few good friends did change my thoughts. My long pending dream, learning Yoga through Isha happened. And that became a memorable and beautiful phase. Enjoyed life to the core. It was a blessing.
FW : So, change happened right?
Me : Yes...
FW : You were saying something about people's plays?
Me : That never mattered much...
FW : How come?
Me : Pure Joy, good friends took over all these...
FW : Good. Then what now?
Me : I think I am stuck and again in the same old cycle..
FW : Do you love the place you stay right now?
Me : Yes...
FW : (Smiles)... You have the answer.
Me : You mean, only when you have that love and respect for people, whoever/whatever/however they are, only then you can come out of the loop...
FW : Yes and if you want to progress faster, this is the only mantra. Life always moves on with something or the other. Now, you do know how to and you will... Cheers!

It's been months being active here. With a mobile in hand, couldn't spend much time writing up and the life within me did divert me. What to say, it was with many twists... Now, things did get far better. Enjoying the phase.. But somewhere, am getting more attached towards everything in life. Getting inside the loop. At the same time, knowing stuff and not able to do anything is sort of not Me. Need to work on it.

" Do not suffer through chasing after the world and its ways, but attain peace by running along the straight path to the Heart. " - Ramana Maharshi

Yes, it's true. Chasing can only create confusions and get you more tired of everything in the world. There is never a full stop. It's all about beliefs and it's mismatch. Be it out of fear, ego or any... pressurizing others always happens. But how can one come out of all this gracefully? Meditation... Yes, that does help. You may find solutions but along with that one needs to 'Be Only In The Present'.

Did stop everything that I had learnt and that's the reason for this post.. :)
Recently started Isha Kriya... Wishing that it would help me in every way and yes progress must happen.

 Nissangatve Nirmohatvam
 Nirmohatve Nischalatattvam

Me : What is the meaning of life?
Mind : Nothing.. It's false.. (answer was momentary)
Me : Was asking the same question again and again until an answer came from Within.. Even was thinking of Sri Ramana Maharshi a lot that moment.. Was desperate.
From Within : "Life is a drama, play it.."
Me : This answer kept echoing and slowly it drew me to sleep..

Later, the meaning was so naturally flowing like the calm sea waves..
"Life is like a drama. Act in it but never be in it. Once you be in it, you can never enjoy life the way it is as you get stuck with it. So a distance must be maintained."
And then, I remembered Isha Kriya.. It's about that distance from body and mind. Need to practice regularly. Every answer about attachment, involvement lies here. How much ever you know does not matter.. What matters is only when a conscious effort is made.

Now I can relate this to the other stuff that was ringing in me a month back.. It's about the Sun and the Moon.
Sun : Live totally and intensely... :)
Moon : It always has a smile, be it any moment, even when it's nearing to New Moon - a point to be noted.. At the time of death, can anyone have a smile? But here, there is a possibility only when that distance is maintained.. Got my answer on how can one be joyful all the time after a month.. Thanks to the SELF.

Recited few poems of  Yogi Vemana in my childhood. Actually had to, as there was no other option left... Today if you ask, I enjoy even the thought of it... :)

Uppu kappurambu nokka polika nundu
Chooda chooda ruchulu jaada veru
Purushulandu punya purushulu veraya
Viswadhaabhiraama, Vinura Vema

Salt and camphor look similar,
but closer observation shows their taste is different
Among men, virtuous people stand apart
Beloved of the Bounteous, Vema, listen!

Medi pandu chooda melimaiyundu
Potta vippi chooda purugulundu
Pirikivani madibinkamilagura
Viswadhaabhiraama, Vinura Vema

Medi, a fruit, looks gorgeous externally,
but when we rip it, we find worms within.
In a similar manner, a coward appears brave outside, but in reality he is not.
Beloved of the Bounteous, Vema, listen!

Aathmashudhdhi leni yaachaaramadhiyela?
Bhaandashudhdhi leni paakamela?
Chiththashudhdhi leni shivapoojalelaraa?
Viswadhaabhiraama, Vinura Vema

What is the purpose of custom sans inner purity?
What is the purpose of cooking sans cleanliness of vessels?
What is the purpose of worship of Shiva sans purity of mind?
Beloved of the Bounteous, Vema, listen!

Understood what is me and what is not me. This me always wants to be joyful. Thanks to the not me to make me realize this.

If there is light, there is light. If there is darkness, there is darkness. Accept and move on joyfully with peace.

At times, how tough situations are.. Everything looks so simple but some friction exists within. Accepting the situation must be immediate to take a spontaneous decision. Will definitely come out very soon joyfully with your grace Sadhguru..

Privacy - What does it really mean?
I understand the more the importance given, the more the time it takes to come out. At times, you will feel shattered. It creates a state of shock where nothing becomes important. In this mode, you might even move away. This is where being in silence with patience helps. On funny note, one can observe breath in state of shock. :)

Everything in life appears simple.. But the one who lives through knows the depth.
Unnecessary fears can even add fuel to it. Insecurity is one. Once you release yourself from these and allow life to happen. You will see wonders... :)
Good Day!

The fear of suffering makes your life a half step. Freedom from the fear of suffering is needed for a full-stride life. ~ Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev

It's too early to pen down about life this year. Went through the peak at every level, be it physical, emotional, divine or any. Be it happiness or sadness. The only difference was, in me knowing how to handle oneself. Though not regular with practices, Isha did help me it's way.. The only mantra in life is/will be 'Live In The Present Moment'. I know it's not easy to come out of the past, be it good or bad, but a constant effort must be made. Here, leaving it is more important than having/controlling it within you. As you control, it bounces back just like hitting the ball. So Whatever You Are, You Are Is Now. Be Pleasant Always.

"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly." - Buddha

Sometimes a sort of pain arises within without any reason. I feel like knowing if everything is fine and wish for the same. But, do I know who is this? No. Sai, please help the ones in need. Whether I know or don't know doesn't matter, let peace and happiness prevail with enough strength to overcome the unwanted happenings.

Life takes its turns. It's up to us to decide which turn to take. If we leave it, situations will handle us and give the most embarrassing moments. Firstly, remember that this is your life and trust your instincts. Decide on what you want in your life. Have a clear picture. Then the rest will be taken care.
Never burden yourself thinking about the consequences of the current situation. This 'thinking' can only add more pain and problems. If any, it can be handled well at that moment. So leave it for now and be happy for what you have and are. Be in the present, then life becomes beautiful.

"The longer we dwell on our misfortunes, the greater is their power to harm us"
- Unknown

How true... The more the thought given, the more it bombards. At that moment, diverting our mind to some activity/ making ourselves busy helps. It's tough, but that's how it works. Escapism can be termed by many. But, the one who faces the worst knows the best. And after all, every human's ultimate desire is to have a happy life. We engage ourselves in every outward activity(entertainment, travel, chats, work, ...). We search for joy in our every interest. But, does this truly help? We can feel that void still left, and that too, when the miseries keep coming. We can definitely feel that imbalance within. We'll again start looking for happiness outside and that process repeats. If, we really want true happiness, we must look into ourselves. That's where meditation/yoga comes into picture. I won't say that everything becomes rosy in a day, but I can guarantee that there will be some change within us which will help us move forward in life with a positive note. It will give us that inner strength which we require. This happens when we go to temples / mosques / church. It helps us to come out of our fears. And yes, prayers do help. But this is again another way other than meditation. Ultimately, however, our life will guide us towards the same and that is, we know, it's meditation. If we wish to sit for long hours, yoga helps... All the best!!! Will be wishing everyone to lead a happy and a prosperous life. Peace to All!!!
