The only change made was, used enough coriander and garam masala powder in the gravy instead of poppy seeds. It was delicious though, but the flavor can't be replaced.

FISH CURRY
Ingredients :
Cat Fish Fillets - 1 Lb, cut it to medium sized pieces
Onion - 1 Large sized, sliced
Green Chillies - 2, slit cut
Oil - 5 tbsp
Salt - To taste
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Cloves - 5
Fish Curry Masala Powder - 50 gms
Marinate these fish pieces for half an hour in a mixture of
curd - 3 tbsp(optional), lemon juice - 3 tbsp, garlic paste - 2 tbsp, salt - 1 tsp, turmeric powder - 1 tsp, chilli powder - 1 tsp, fish curry masala powder - 3 tbsp, egg white - 1(optional).
Method :
Heat oil in the pan and fry these pieces for about 20 minutes. Now, set aside these pieces in a bowl. Let some oil stay in this pan. Add clove for flavour. Now, add green chilli and fry onion until it turns golden brown. Add salt, chilli powder and and left over fish curry masala powder. Stir well. Now add those fried fish pieces and let it cook for 15 minutes completely. Don't stir much now, coz, the pieces might break. Add fresh coriander leaves, to garnish.

CHICKEN CURRY
Ingredients :
Chicken Thighs - 2 Lb, cut into pieces
Onions - 2 Medium Sized, cut into small pieces
Green Chilli -2, slit cut
Tomato - 1, cut into small pieces
Chicken Curry Masala Powder - 3 to 5 tbsp (depends)
salt - To taste
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp (depends)
Cloves - 5
cumin seeds - 2 tsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 5 tbsp
Marinate chicken for 1 to 2 hours with the mixture of curd - 5 tbsp, lemon - half, ginger paste - 1 tbsp, garlic paste - 2 tbsp, salt - 1 tsp, turmeric powder - 1 tsp, chilli powder - 1 tsp, chicken curry masala powder - 3 tbsp.
Method :
Heat oil in the pan. Add cloves for flavour and let the seeds splutter. Now, add green chillies and fry onion with little salt until golden brown. Add tomato pieces, stir and let it get done completely. Now add marinated chicken pieces along with
chilli powder and chicken curry masala powder. Mix all well and close the pan with the lid. Let it cook for some time. When done, garnish with coriander leaves.

My experiment successfully came out well. Preparing this delicious dish too became easy since I was using some masala powders, tomato puree and whipping cream. Cooking time : Takes an hour. Serves 7 - 10.
Ingredients :
Large Onions - 2, finely chopped
Chicken Leg Pieces - 10, pierce lightly for taste
Whipping Cream - Half Pint(236mL)
Tomato Puree - 15 oz(425g)
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tbsp
Chicken Curry Masala Powder - 2-4 tbsp(depends)
ginger paste - 1/2 tbsp
salt - To taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp(depends)
Fresh Coriander Leaves - To garnish
Oil - 3 tbsp
Marinate chicken for 1 to 2 hours with the mixture of
Yogurt - 1 cup
Lemon - 1/2
Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - little
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Chicken Masala Powder - 1-2 tbsp
For Seasoning,
Bay Leaf - 1
Cloves - 5
Cinnamon Sticks - 1/2 stick
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Method :
Heat oil in the pan. Add the seasonings for flavour and let the seeds splutter. Now, fry onion in it until it turns golden brown. Add salt and ginger paste and fry for 2 minutes. Now add tomato puree and the marinated chicken along with the mentioned masala powders. Mix all once and let it cook completely. Now add whipping cream and mix well for 10 minutes in between. It is done when the oil gets separated or when the chicken gets tender. Now, add fresh coriander leaves, to garnish.
Goes well with rice and indian bread.
