Nice info Kalpana..you can also add

Baked crisps instead of fried ones
Herbal tea for Normal Tea
Honey for Sugar (Honey has lower calories and more sweetness)

out of this list...i use brown bread,methi paratha, nuts, home made soup, fresh fruits & fresh chutneys....
also tried fat free soy milk...but did not like it...so left it...
thank a lot again for info....i can easily refer the same to others...

"Healthy Substitutes" - is a good idea!
I noticed that Brown Rice even tasted better than White.

I always use Brown bread not cos Im so health-conscious but I like it's taste better. :)

And we use skim milk at home cos of mum...she's a diabetic so we all ended up using it.

Dark choc is one of my favs.

So I guess even tho Im not a totally health-conscious chick, I ended up with some luck hehe.
