out of this list...i use brown bread,methi paratha, nuts, home made soup, fresh fruits & fresh chutneys....
also tried fat free soy milk...but did not like it...so left it...
thank a lot again for info....i can easily refer the same to others...
i fell in love with gopi paratha when it was mentioned again and again by hritik rosyan.
is there ready-to-make-soup? maybe i have comsumed this without knowing.

I always use Brown bread not cos Im so health-conscious but I like it's taste better. :)
And we use skim milk at home cos of mum...she's a diabetic so we all ended up using it.
Dark choc is one of my favs.
So I guess even tho Im not a totally health-conscious chick, I ended up with some luck hehe.
