Cauliflower Curry

Method
Heat oil in the pan. Add cloves for flavour and let the seeds splutter. Add turmeric powder and curry leaves too. Now, add onion, green chilli and salt and stir it until golden brown. Add ginger paste and stir the contents. Now, add tomatoes and let it get a bit cooked. Then, add peas, potatoes and cauliflower with the mentioned masala powders and red chilli powder. Mix all well and close the lid for 5 - 10 min. If it gets a bit sticky on the surface, add water and stir well. When done, garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Tastes best with rice.

For,
Cauliflower Kurma

Add 3/4th cup curd to Cauliflower curry and mix well. Close the lid for 5 - 10 min. When done garnish with coriander leaves. Goes well with Rice and Indian Bread.

You can prepare a simple Cauliflower curry with onions, peas and cauliflower in a similar way. That too, tastes good.

Hi Kalpana!
I like cauliflower too. Specially in raw style, but in different way too. Your recipes are great, for me with rice.
Thanks!
