Sorry everyone for me being late to post. I was not constant at one place in between and at the same time had problems with my system. And meanwhile, I even just started thinking about a health-conscious diet, by checking cholesterol levels. This might be, because of the fast food we eat or dine out or since I am even a food lover. Just got few sites, while browsing for the same. Good sight!

Good Food... something which I am craving for after eating self-cooked food nonstop.. yup!! Healthy food is a must considering our age group now ;).

actually one of the main thing is fast food restaurants.... but surprisingly ppl in singapore , though they love fats food alot, are alot thinner... but slim does not mean u have low cholesterol... i have came across slim ppl dying of heart attack coz of clot in their heart with all those cholesterol...surprising huh?
