This was one question I always had. Does that mean, I don't have any now? No...
I do have but it's different and with a change... :)

Enjoyed this post of Sadhguru. Do read, if you have any why's...

Shirdi Sai says: “Harsh words cannot pierce your body. If anybody speaks ill of you, just continue on unperturbed.”

==> Know the reason behind and move accordingly. Be strong.

Lord Krishna said: "While speaking learned words, you are mourning for what is not worthy of grief. Those who are wise lament neither for the living nor the dead."
==> True. Need to move forward in life.

Sadhguru says: "Your ideas need not have anything to do with reality. Making conclusions is a sure way of not enhancing our perception."
==> Need to allow seeing things the way they are by not drawing conclusions/setting up boundaries. Only then progress happens.

Thank You...

This is the only song which makes me feel ashamed of not learning Tamil properly. I wish someone gives the translation for such beautiful lyrics soon. "Naane naanillayeee...." is the line which always creates a sort of pleasantness within me... I do understand, but again I don't... Now, I think of how Radha used to feel for Krishna, while listening. :)
How beautiful, isn't it?... Hmm, many thoughts....

"The longer we dwell on our misfortunes, the greater is their power to harm us"
- Unknown

How true... The more the thought given, the more it bombards. At that moment, diverting our mind to some activity/ making ourselves busy helps. It's tough, but that's how it works. Escapism can be termed by many. But, the one who faces the worst knows the best. And after all, every human's ultimate desire is to have a happy life. We engage ourselves in every outward activity(entertainment, travel, chats, work, ...). We search for joy in our every interest. But, does this truly help? We can feel that void still left, and that too, when the miseries keep coming. We can definitely feel that imbalance within. We'll again start looking for happiness outside and that process repeats. If, we really want true happiness, we must look into ourselves. That's where meditation/yoga comes into picture. I won't say that everything becomes rosy in a day, but I can guarantee that there will be some change within us which will help us move forward in life with a positive note. It will give us that inner strength which we require. This happens when we go to temples / mosques / church. It helps us to come out of our fears. And yes, prayers do help. But this is again another way other than meditation. Ultimately, however, our life will guide us towards the same and that is, we know, it's meditation. If we wish to sit for long hours, yoga helps... All the best!!! Will be wishing everyone to lead a happy and a prosperous life. Peace to All!!!

Punarvasu Nakshatra | Punarvasu Birth Star | Punarvasu Nakshatra Characteristics | Punarvasu Nakshatra Compatibility

I used to be a strong believer of all these early. Later from few years stopped even thinking about such stuff. Only started believing in creating or processing my thoughts. Now suddenly, out of curiosity, when I stepped into the website above, I was astonished. Mostly, on the negative traits. Yes and I even got a doubt, how instability leads to spirituality? If there is stability, there is a possibility of all the positive traits. Might be, it's a hint for me to work on this... Good for me.. :) Thank you Sirisha for posting this in a community...

"Most difficult moments in life :
* Giving someone a hug when you need it the most yourself.
* Fighting back the tears in your eyes to wipe off someone else’s tears.
* Listening to somebody’s grief when you want your misery to be heard.
* Being the reason for someone’s smile when your own smile is lost…"

Sometime, life even takes such a turn.. And how true it is. Experiencing it at that moment is worse but later when you look back it makes you strong... And, that's a great feeling.
By the way, it's a forward... :)
