This is the Truth and that's how we are created. We must be in unison with Nature else the destruction within will happen just the way the Nature takes its call. The food we eat, the thoughts we create, the way we breathe and what not, everything matters. Our In and Out must be the same. Be it with anything. When it comes to peace, it must happen from within, else we'll become restless at one point of time or the other. Searching for peace outside is mostly materialistic, but the same when it happens from within, is spiritual. You will get more closer to Nature and calmness of mind is added advantage. And, that happiness is amazing. There is a saying, "an educated man is a man with certain spiritual qualities which make him calm in adversity". How true. So, let us strike a balance by being conscious in everything we do to make our lives better. If our IN, and the way we carry ourselves OUT are the same, WE ARE THE BEST.

In my college days, when options were given to choose between French and Sanskrit, I chose Sanskrit with a feel that this is my language. I have to learn. But now, 12 years down the line this is what I remember "raamaha raamou raamaaha" and I don't know exactly what it is about... :( How ODD? Now, it's high time for me to wake up and learn my mother tongue with immense passion...

My New Year started with a wave of bliss which I realized it late today, that's NOW. At that moment, I have been wondering what am I doing here, that too on 1st and 2nd of Jan. But still, I loved participating. I wished to do a lot more then, whatever I can, though it was very very less that I did. Now, coming to the point, I participated in Green Chennai Rally on 1st and Ananda Alai - Maha Sathsangam by SADGURU, on 2nd. Truly, A Wave Of Bliss... :)

Thank you Sadhguru and Swamiji for the change within me. A week program helped me to focus and create a balance in life. I am feeling that positivity. Though I did not understand Tamil much, I attended with determination that I will. With Your grace and supportive friends, I did. Still, planning to attend the same in English... :) Will work on whatever said and am wishing to register for further courses ASAP. Need to see you too. But, by that time, my practice must make me perfect and more positive with much more inner peace.
