ginger paste - 1/2 tbsp
salt - To taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp(depends)
Fresh Coriander Leaves - To garnish
Oil - 3 tbsp
Marinate chicken for 1 to 2 hours with the mixture of
Yogurt - 1 cup
Lemon - 1/2
Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - little
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Chicken Masala Powder - 1-2 tbsp
For Seasoning,
Bay Leaf - 1
Cloves - 5
Cinnamon Sticks - 1/2 stick
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp

Method :
Heat oil in the pan. Add the seasonings for flavour and let the seeds splutter. Now, fry onion in it until it turns golden brown. Add salt and ginger paste and fry for 2 minutes. Now add tomato puree and the marinated chicken along with the mentioned masala powders. Mix all once and let it cook completely. Now add whipping cream and mix well for 10 minutes in between. It is done when the oil gets separated or when the chicken gets tender. Now, add fresh coriander leaves, to garnish.
Goes well with rice and indian bread.

Few quotes...

We have no right to ask when sorrow comes, "why did this happen to me?". Unless we ask the same question for every joy that comes our way.

The longer we dwell on our misfortunes, the greater is their power to harm us.

Regardless of how much trouble you are having, how hard the going seems to be, keep your thoughts on a high and positive level.

A person with outward courage dares to die, a person with inward courage dares to live.

Cease to inquire what the future has in store, and take as a gift, whatever the present day brings forth.

Don't waste tears over the griefs of yesterday.

It's good to try to be a better person, but don't give up the goodness of the person you already are.

The happiness of life is made up of little things - sometimes a smile, a hug, a moment of shared laughter can work wonders.

You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty.

Life is a series of awakening.

Let everyone you meet be happier for having met you, for having spoken to you. This you can do by spreading joy.

Prayer is not asking. It is a longing of the soul.
