Want to pen down the information gathered 3 and a half years ago, as it is. Though it(html table) means nothing to me at present, at that point it was something big to know. Was super excited, totally child like. It's all about the 7 Chakras in our energy system. Those recent few visits to the temple also made me feel some connection between Sri Chakram and the Chakras. Only after Isha(2 years ago), understood what it is.

Now let's know what Ida, Pingala and Sushumna are. They are the nadis in which this life-energy flows.
Ida - Left side, Moon, Feminine
Pingala - Right side, Sun, Masculine
Sushumna - Middle and most important (ex., when both our nostrils are functioning together (breathing in and out together), it is Sushumna playing its role).

Pingala / Surya Nadi(Right side) Ida / Chandra Nadi(Left side)
Muladhara Bone strengthen Mental tensions dooram chesthundi
Svadhisthana Kovvuni thayaru chesthundi Stability(wavering ni dooram chesthundi)
Manipura Muscle strength Increases memory power
Anahata Blood purification Prema vruddhi, aapyaayatha
Vishuddha Charmaanni thayaaru chesthundi Increases creativity, art, uhaa sakthi, ...
Ajna Moolugu(metthani padaardham) thayaaru chesthundi Concentration tho kudina pariseelanaasakthini isthundi

Ee 6 chakras, body lo unnatuvanti vaatini jaagrutham chesthaayi.

Coming to Sri Chakram --> Sivayorvapuhu [Iddari Sareeramu (Ardhanaarishvara)]
Ajna : The 3rd eye of Shiva is called Sva-netra. Becoming Sada Shiva, the eternal one, Shiva is no longer separate from Shakthi as a separate male entity and is the granter of knowledge. This knowledge brings the breath(prana) and the mind under control of Ardhanaarishvara.

Sahasrara : It is also called Brahma-randhra. Not much info about this yet... Wish I be with it soon.. :)
