HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK (When You Are Alone)
http://urbanlegends.about.com/library/blcpr.htm
Do go through this article completely which provides you all information regarding the same. A forward that I received which I posted yesterday, " Let's say it's 6:15 p.m. and you're driving home, ........... Rochester General Hospital ", is available here itself. And thanks to Action Safety Education, who helped me to probe more about this forward.
You can check for more information from these sites, where tips too are included.

Hi:)
Thanks for the info,it is a very valuable post.I am knowing it for the first time. This post is a must for all the bloggers to read.
:)good day
WOW.... thank you for sharing!
The information you provided in the blog is not correct.
AHA Recommendation
This is not taught in a CPR class because it is not appropriate outside of a hospital setting.
The best strategy is to be aware of the early warning signs for heart attack and cardiac arrest and respond to them by calling 9-1-1(or the emergency number for your area). If you're driving alone and you start having severe chest pain or discomfort that starts to spread into your arm and up into your jaw (the scenario presented in the Internet article), pull over and flag down another motorist for help or phone 9-1-1 on a cellular telephone.
Everyone should take a CPR/AED Class every two years to stay current on rescue guidelines.
