It's too early to pen down about life this year. Went through the peak at every level, be it physical, emotional, divine or any. Be it happiness or sadness. The only difference was, in me knowing how to handle oneself. Though not regular with practices, Isha did help me it's way.. The only mantra in life is/will be 'Live In The Present Moment'. I know it's not easy to come out of the past, be it good or bad, but a constant effort must be made. Here, leaving it is more important than having/controlling it within you. As you control, it bounces back just like hitting the ball. So Whatever You Are, You Are Is Now. Be Pleasant Always.

"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly." - Buddha

Sometimes a sort of pain arises within without any reason. I feel like knowing if everything is fine and wish for the same. But, do I know who is this? No. Sai, please help the ones in need. Whether I know or don't know doesn't matter, let peace and happiness prevail with enough strength to overcome the unwanted happenings.

Life takes its turns. It's up to us to decide which turn to take. If we leave it, situations will handle us and give the most embarrassing moments. Firstly, remember that this is your life and trust your instincts. Decide on what you want in your life. Have a clear picture. Then the rest will be taken care.
Never burden yourself thinking about the consequences of the current situation. This 'thinking' can only add more pain and problems. If any, it can be handled well at that moment. So leave it for now and be happy for what you have and are. Be in the present, then life becomes beautiful.

Shirdi Sai says: “Harsh words cannot pierce your body. If anybody speaks ill of you, just continue on unperturbed.”

==> Know the reason behind and move accordingly. Be strong.

Lord Krishna said: "While speaking learned words, you are mourning for what is not worthy of grief. Those who are wise lament neither for the living nor the dead."
==> True. Need to move forward in life.

Sadhguru says: "Your ideas need not have anything to do with reality. Making conclusions is a sure way of not enhancing our perception."
==> Need to allow seeing things the way they are by not drawing conclusions/setting up boundaries. Only then progress happens.

Thank You...
