It's been more than a month that I posted anything here. Was busy with the trips.
One, Velliangiri Hills, Coimbatore in May.
Two, Kedarnath and Badrinath Visit in June.
Both were amazing, memorable and a unique experience to live with.

Recently, I started a new blog on Nature and Travel Photography - (Inspired by Sree and Sirisha. Seeing their photo blogs, felt like creating one :))

1. Never help a person in need, even if they come to you in tears. First know what they are and then proceed if you want to.
2. Learn to say NO.
3. Unexpected situations do come. Learn to deal with it rather than crib about it. Accept and move on.
4. Remember, you can write your life. Just process your thoughts.
5. Be strong in every way.
6. Do what you love and be what you are.
7. If you are happy, only then you can create happiness around.
8. Discipline Self.
9. Clarity helps you to progress faster. Be with it.

The one quote that inspires,
"When one is striving to grow, many earthquakes and landslides keep happening in our lives. Those who are stagnant, who don't grow, their life seems to be stable and steady and looks better but it's lifeless. One is striving to grow, enormous amount of upheavals happen in his life. But, all the upheavals are worth a little bit of growth that may happen within a human being" - Sadhguru

Why does this mind keep thinking?
Why can't it just take a break?
Sometimes, restlessness or tiredness becomes the result. Is that necessary?
Need to stop thinking about IF and ELSE(increase in thought flow ==> logic)...
Logical mind, is that required?
If I feel like, why can't I just do it?
Why should I place myself in everyone's shoes???
What am I? The answer that comes every time, I Am What I AM. Again the same question arises, What Am I??? (shouting, am not satisfied yet...)

The only solution to control this mind is to meditate and do yoga, which helps to be in UNISON with Self. I wish, I learn, I practice... Still, to do more.

“When you play a game, you want to win,” he said. “If you don’t want to win, you can’t play a game. When I play a game, I want to win — I really want to win. That’s why I play. But if I lose, it’s OK with me. That’s the beauty of the game. It’s a wonderful thing that without wanting to win you cannot play but if you are not willing to lose you cannot play either.”

Complete attention is the key. “You can do your job half-heartedly,” he said. “You can be married half-heartedly. You can even fall in love half-heartedly. But you can’t play a game half-heartedly. You won’t be there if you play half-heartedly. It’s absolute involvement. Without involvement, there’s no game. If there’s no involvement, there’s no spiritual process. And spiritual process is an intense involvement with life. Sport is a good training ground for spirituality, not the other way round.”
